Each individual may maintain only one active jiliza account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jiliza reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them.

jiliza is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
jiliza reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the player's own request. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the player via the original payment method.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jiliza may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.
jiliza accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiliza does not accept deposits via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine regulations.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your jiliza account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Once verification is complete, withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. jiliza reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
jiliza is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable AML regulations. jiliza reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by jiliza are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. jiliza operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct that jiliza determines, in its sole discretion, constitutes an attempt to exploit promotional offers. jiliza reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts in such cases.
jiliza reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players only and may not be available to all players.
Each game available on the jiliza Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically address the matter in question.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game, jiliza reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. jiliza shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. jiliza is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection caused by your internet service provider or device.
Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. jiliza reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
jiliza's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliza account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jiliza's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
jiliza collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jiliza complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and jiliza, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jiliza's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.
